Erotic Label uses USPS / UPS and other shipping methods necessary to fulfill all orders 

1.) Some packages, depending on the shipping method, may be subject to rates based on package dimensions and not solely on weight. (for example shoes) 

2.) Some changes may be passed along to our customer including shipments that require a signature upon delivery and/or shipments requires next day air services.

3.) Erotic Label is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather and/or carrier delays.

4.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive email with the tracking information. From there, you will be able to view detailed updates. If for some reason you do not receive that email, please contact us at EroticLabelBoutique@gmail.com and we can assist you.
